Welcome to My Body Shop, the DMV's largest C0-Ed pole studio, where we specialize in pole skills training, including pole, lyra and other forms of dance! Our team is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals, whether it's to improve your technique, prepare for your next performance, or simply learn some fun new moves. We pride ourselves in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere where clients of all levels can feel supported and encouraged.
