Pole Level 1
Introduction to pole dance and fitness will introduce you to wearing heels and becoming familiar with a dance pole. In this class you will learn the do’s and don’ts of pole safety, how to prep for a move, simple transitions, and basic spins!
Pole 1 & 2 Combo
New to Pole and want to see what the difference is between Level 1 and Level 2? This class will start you with Pole Level 1 moves and take you through to Level 2!
Pole Level 2
Strengthening, walking, transitional moves and learning basic spins. This class focuses on poses to stretch and strengthen the legs, back, and shoulders. Emphasis is given to the basic alignment of the standing poses.
Pole Level 3
Focuses on refining the standing poses, simple back bending poses, and transitional moves, more challenging routine with faster spins, one handed moves and yes, we’ll be going upside down! Prereqs required!
Pole Level 3 & 4
We’ll focus on smoothing transitions in and out of tricks we already know, and building upon combos with new shapes, transitions and tricks. Prereqs required!
Pole Level 4
Advanced and then some! Tone your muscles and work on your upper body strength. No choreography is taught. Just cool pole tricks for one full hour! Prereqs required!

Pole Art Intro
Interested in Pole but not ready for the Tricks! This dance class is sure to put you at ease as you transition to the pole and dance to the rhythm of your own beat! For your safety, please no lotion, oils, jewelry, or long pants. Wear shorts and a sports bra, t-shirt or tank top. Heels are optional.
Get your sexy on with a class that teaches a few pole moves and a few exotic moves at the same time. This class is great if you’ve ever thought about performing! For your safety, please no lotion, oils, jewelry, or long pants. Wear shorts or miniskirts and a t-shirt or tank top. Heels are optional. Prereqs required!
Nothing sexy about this pole class…except maybe the body it will give you!. This class will focus on muscle building and toning of the upper body, midsection and legs. This cardio class incorporates strength building exercises like squats and lifts and lunges and a whole lot more using the pole as your center and stabilizer.
Spinning Pole 1 and 2
Choreography for Beginner and Intermediate
This choreography class for Beginners and Intermediate dancers focuses on floor, low-pole and off the pole transitions and movement based off a variety of dance styles

This class will work you in various ways. Not only will you be dancing in heels, we will combine floor, chair, and striptease work! Always come prepared for the unexpected. For your safety, please no lotion, oils, jewelry, or long pants. Bring knee pads or long socks.
This class takes stretching to the next level by learning to twist, wrench, or bend out of proper or natural shape. Learn to focus on muscle endurance, muscle strength, and muscle conditioning to help you lift, tighten, and tone your entire body. Bring a Yoga Mat
Build strength in new ranges of motion, while focusing on breath and learning to control your muscles with your mind.

Floor & Core
This class is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training moves designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness. Going quickly from one exercise to another, and doing a prescribed number of exercises each lasting a few minutes long, keeps pulse rate high and promotes overall fitness, by generally working all muscle groups as well as heart and lungs. Benefits to this style of exercise is that it quickly increases mobility, strength, and stamina.
The Liquid Motion® class is an open level class that utilizes elements of fitness conditioning, sensual movement, and dance theory, to provide a total mind and body movement experience. In this 75 minute class, students learn the fundamentals of Liquid Motion® to build a foundation for floor work & wall work. The class is made up of body conditioning, lateral movement drills, intricate floor sequences, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness. This combination is Liquid Motion®.
Lyra 1 and 2*
Learn how to make beautiful shapes, flow into and out of transitions, and build strength with style and grace. / For those new to lyra! Learn the basics including inverting from the bottom of the hoop and pulling to a seated position in the hoop. Develop strength with conditioning moves targeting the entire body and how to work safely with the apparatus.
Lyra 2- Prerequisite: This class is right for you if you can already lift your own body weight. Must be able to invert and take verbal cues!
Twerk After Work
Release all that stress and have fun firming your butt and legs in this high intense cardio work out. We even teach you to twerk! Twerking is a type of dancing in which the dancer, usually a woman, shakes her hips in an up-and-down bouncing motion, causing the dancer’s buttocks to shake, “wobble” and “jiggle”!
Bring out your HEELS! Strut your stuff, tone those legs, and perk your booty while learning sassy choreography to your favorite songs.Dress however you express your sexy! This is a gender fluid environment – ALL are welcome!!
Floetic Floorwork is a stylized form of sensual dance choreography created by Brooke Jay that focuses on tease, musicality, and fluidity while using the floor as your central prop. This class incorporates cardio, sexy stretching, basic body awareness exercises and a new floorwork routine each class. Be prepared to crawl, roll, slide, and twerk to your favorite sexy and sassy songs! Leggings, leg warmers, & tall socks recommended. Heels and knee pads are OPTIONAL! This is a gender fluid environment – All are welcome!!
