Contortion takes stretching to the next level by learning to twist, wrench, or bend out of proper or natural shape. Learn to focus on muscle endurance, muscle strength, and muscle conditioning to help you lift, tighten, and tone your entire body. Bring a Yoga Mat, Blocks, Straps and or peanuts. They will not be available in the studio!
We require a minimum of 3 hours prior to class start to cancel a class without penalty.
