Service Description

In this class you will continue to perfect the do's and don'ts of spin pole form including various ways to work on inverting. Each week learn a new move and how to begin transitioning on the spin pole.  For your safety, please no lotion, oils, jewelry, or long pants. Wear shorts and a sports bra, t-shirt or tank top. Heels are optional.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 3 hours prior to class start to cancel a class without penalty.
