Service Description

In ths class you will learn a sequence of beginner to intermediate moves and transitions. We will then take turns "performing" the combination to songs of your choice. Please take necessary safety precautions and listen to your body! For your safety, please no lotion, oils, jewelry, or long pants. Wear shorts and a top. Please have a support system on hand or a phone close for any serious incidents that may occur! Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 3 hours prior to class start to cancel a class without penalty.
