A: For classes at My Body Shop, it’s important to wear attire that will help you perform your best while ensuring safety and comfort. If you’re taking a pole class, we recommend wearing shorts and a tank top or sports bra. Skin contact is essential for grip during pole exercises. For Silks classes, leggings or fitted pants are ideal as they provide coverage and flexibility without getting in the way.
Please avoid using lotion or oils on the day of class as they can make surfaces slippery and hinder your performance. This attire ensures you get the most out of your class while staying safe and comfortable.
A: At My Body Shop, we strive to provide you with exceptional support for all your inquiries. Our virtual assistant is available to assist you 2 hours prior to the start of any class and up to 30 minutes after the last class of the day begins.

A: Yes, My Body Shop allows walk-ins to join our classes without a reservation. However, there is an additional $5 charge for walk-ins, making the total price $40. Please note that walk-in participants are still required to create an account, sign a waiver, and add a payment option before joining a class.

A: Yes, all passes and packages at My Body Shop do have an expiration date. Single classes have a standard expiration of 14 days from the date of purchase. If you have a pass that has expired, don't worry! You can revive your expired classes for a $10 fee.
