What should I wear to class? Should I wear heels?

For pole dance classes, you should wear shorts (something comfortable), a tank top and a sports bra. It may feel weird to wear so little clothing at first but you need to have a lot of skin exposed in order to stick to the pole. Fabric will slide off the pole. You can purchase shoes, shorts, sports bras, and grip aid in the studio as well.

For grounded, aerial and flexibility classes, you should wear fitted tank top and leggings that cover the backs of the knees and torso. This will help avoid burns caused by friction with the silks or hoop.

What is your class cancellation policy?

You can cancel a class online 3 hours in advance and keep your class credit. For cancellations with less than 3 hours notice, your class will be forfeited. Anyone with 2 late cancels or no shows within a month will be charged an additional $20 fee.
