MBS : Tell us a little bit about yourself. What is one of your unique qualities?

CaTasha: I studied persuasion, so I am pretty good at convincing people to do things.

MBS : What I love about My Body Shop!

CaTasha: I love the instructors. They all have unique qualities that make each of their classes challenging.

MBS : What are some of your favorite things about the studio?

CaTasha: My favorite thing about the studio are all the good vibes. Everyone is really supportive. It’s a fun place to be.

MBS : How has My Body Shop helped you?

CaTasha: The studio has helped me get stronger in a lot of foundational pole moves.
