Liquid Motion Heels Workshop
Liquid Motion® is a movement methodology that teaches you how to create seamless, fluid transitions—on and off the pole. In this heels-based workshop, you’ll explore foundational techniques, sensual movement patterns, and body-awareness drills that help you move with confidence and control in any style of dance.
What to Expect:

During this 90-minute workshop, you’ll learn 5–7 signature Liquid Motion movements that can be mixed, matched, and built into your own flow.
Dress Code:
Heels and knee pads are required. Dress in layers so you can adjust as you warm up — think shorts under leggings and a sports bra under a tank top under a sweatshirt. Choose pieces that let you move comfortably while feeling confident.

Dress Code:
Wear shorts or sticky leggings if you plan to attempt the full shape. Layers are welcome for warm-up, but skin or grip leggings will be necessary for secure contact on the pole.

Ready to finally try pole? This 6-week beginner-friendly series gives you the foundations you need to move safely, build strength, and grow your flexibility — all while having fun in a welcoming environment.

You’ll train essential beginner skills, including:
• Pole walk
• Dip/Catch spin
• Pirouette
• Body & leg waves
• Two crawl variations
• Three stands/get-ups
• Fireman
• Front & back hook
• Fan kick
By the end, you’ll feel stronger, more fluid, and confident moving around the pole.

Trick Training Series (Level 3+)
6-Week Progressive Series | 90 Minutes.
This 6-week advanced pole series focuses on building strength, control, and confidence in two-point contact skills. Each session includes targeted conditioning, skill breakdowns, spotting guidance, and structured drills to help movements truly stick.
