Bae Lien's Gravity: Floorwork

Recommendations: Knee pads are highly recommended. Layers are recommended, for sliding and protecting sensitive areas of the skin. Heels are recommended but optional.

Designed for the celestial body to build layered & complex skills whilst moving through familiar and unfamiliar grounded pathways. Floor transitions will be discovered and/or reimagined with creativity, intention, and precision. We will learn foundational thread throughs, pivots, weighted shifts, and “cranks” (levers that create speed) within our grounded floorwork patterns. We will be creating skills that can be used in endless combination. This is well suited for All Levels.
