Pole Silks Series
Our series includes spins and transitions from the ground using pole and aerial silks. You will learn our slipknot and focus on conditioning your forearm wrap. We will teach you multiple spins using the above wrap and knot methods, as well as an invert and how to daisy chain fabric.
