We have some exciting news to share with the MBS family. As our studio continues to grow and evolve, we are taking a big step forward — and we couldn't be more thrilled to introduce the woman stepping up to help lead us into this next chapter.

**Bre Seals-Rankin**, also known in the dance community as **NovaHoney**, has officially joined My Body Shop as our **Studio Manager / General Manager**, effective April 19, 2026. If you've spent any time in this space, you already know the energy Bre brings — and we are so excited to see what she builds here.

**About Bre**

Bre Seals-Rankin (NovaHoney) is a multidisciplinary artist and educator with over a decade of experience in dance, performance, and community-building. She is passionate about creating inclusive, empowering spaces where movement and artistry thrive — and that passion is exactly what drew her home to MBS.

In her role as Studio Manager / GM, Bre will be overseeing day-to-day studio operations, managing our incredible team of Techs, coordinating class schedules, and working directly with clients to ensure every visit to My Body Shop feels exactly the way it should — welcoming, empowering, and unforgettable.

This is a milestone moment for MBS. Since opening our doors in 2013, the mission has always been the same: to create a safe, judgment-free space for adult women to move, grow, and find their strength. Bringing Bre on board in this capacity is a natural extension of that vision — and a sign of the exciting things ahead.
