Let’s talk splits — in the air ✨
This workshop is all about creating longer lines, deeper extensions, and flatter-looking splits in shapes like jade and chopsticks—without needing a perfect flat split on the floor.
You’ll break down the mechanics behind these positions, including hip alignment, engagement, and leverage, so you can get the most out of your flexibility and create that “flattened” look safely and efficiently.
Expect a mix of mobility work, technique drills, and skill-building to help you understand how to make your shapes look bigger, cleaner, and more expressive.
